There is nothing like a new build to showcase your tastes in design, with gleaming new materials and floor and wall finishes installed to their best effect. Retrofitting or renovating can be a case of working with the existing features the best you can. But with brand new walls, floors and windows, it can all be done exactly to your tastes and high-spec needs.
Zero-rated
It’s also a huge incentive, that the construction of new residential properties is zero-rated with VAT. Clients are actively encouraged by the government to undertake a new build and removing the VAT charge for the labour and materials is a significant sweetener.
