Brief: To adopt modern design features alongside functionality with pleasing, striking aesthetics such as exposed brickwork and bold kitchen colour palette.

Challenges: Homeowners occupied home during works. Attaining high-end finish was ambitious and sourcing reclaimed bricks for feature wall.

Andy took our house that hadn't been touched since 1963 and turned into a home compatible with modern living. Andy completed the project on my house during 2020 lockdown, adding a bay window and porch at the front, a small extension at the rear, and transforming the ground floor into an open plan living space.
