Get help when you need it, early on
As everyone knows, buying a home is one of the most stressful experiences you will go through. This is even more difficult when you are looking to buy a home that you plan to renovate, extend or even bulldoze and start again with! We offer two packages with set fees to assist you before you exchange on a property.
Know what you’re getting into
We’ve built up a bank of expertise after decades of local building projects and we can help you to understand a property’s potential and limitations before you commit to a purchase. We can conduct a site visit and review the homebuyers survey to help you make informed choices.
We know the local market
We’ve worked in Harpenden, St Albans and the surrounding area for long enough to know lots of potential pitfalls, to know what’s a reasonable budget and what kind of complications can be uncovered with specific types of housing in the area.
We keep it simple
We have two packages for a set cost – an acquisition review and a premium acquisition review. We outline these with a clear breakdown of what’s included, for how much and how long it will take to get our summary back to you. If ACR Build is appointed to carry out later works, this consultation fee will be credited against the project.
